Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the NoirCraft website (www.noircraft.com) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By using our services, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Orders & fulfillment

Orders are confirmed once payment is authorized by Stripe. Each item is printed on demand by our fulfillment partners, with production typically taking 2–5 business days before shipping.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.
• If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
• Order modifications or cancellations may not be possible once production has begun.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
• We accept payment via credit/debit cards processed securely through Stripe.
• You agree to pay all charges at the prices listed, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
• Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout based on destination and selected courier service.

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Customs duties, import taxes, or local fees for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our control.

Returns & exchanges

If a product arrives damaged or not as described, contact support within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item is inspected.

• Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Intellectual property

All NoirCraft designs, product imagery, logos, trademarks, and website content are owned by NoirCraft or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
• You may not use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization.
• Purchasing a product grants you a personal, non-commercial license to use that product only.
• Any unauthorized use may result in legal action.

User conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Engage in automated data collection (scraping) without permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.

Limitation of liability

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NoirCraft and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our services.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware for any disputes arising from these terms.

Dispute resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at support@noircraft.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through our support team.

For EU consumers: You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
