Production times
Since all items are made-to-order, production time varies by product type:

During peak seasons (holidays, sales events), production may take 1–2 additional business days.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also see the latest status in the cart if you're signed in on the same device.
- Tracking numbers are typically active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
- You may not see movement for 1–2 days while the package is in transit to the first sorting facility.
- If tracking hasn't updated in 7+ days, please contact our support team.
International delivery
We ship to most countries worldwide. Please note:
- Customs duties & taxes: International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees charged by local customs authorities. These are not included in our prices.
- Documentation: We'll provide all required customs documentation to facilitate smooth clearance.
- Delivery times: International orders typically take 10–20 business days but may take longer due to customs processing.
- Restricted items: Some products may not be available for international shipping due to local regulations.
Shipping restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items.
- Some remote areas may incur additional shipping fees, shown at checkout.
- We currently do not ship to embargoed countries or regions with shipping restrictions.
Lost or delayed packages
- If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and your local carrier.
- For packages lost in transit (no updates for 14+ days), contact us and we'll file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
- Weather events, natural disasters, or carrier issues may cause delays beyond our control.
Order modifications
- Address changes: Contact us immediately after placing your order. Changes may not be possible once production begins.
- Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once in production, cancellation is not possible.
- Combining orders: We cannot combine separate orders to reduce shipping costs.
