Eligible returns

We accept returns for items that are:

  • Damaged during shipping: Items that arrived torn, crushed, or otherwise damaged in transit.
  • Incorrect products: Items that don't match your order confirmation (wrong size, color, or design).
  • Manufacturing defects: Print quality issues, misprints, or fabric defects discovered within 30 days of delivery.
  • Missing items: Products that were charged but not included in your package.

Non-returnable items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind: Items you no longer want or ordered by mistake.
  • Size issues: Items that don't fit (please refer to our size guides before ordering).
  • Used or washed items: Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Items beyond the return window: Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery.

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly replace it or issue a refund regardless of the above.

How to request a return

Contact our support team

Email support@noircraft.com or use our support form within 30 days of delivery.

Provide details

Include your order number and photos of the issue (damaged packaging, defect, wrong item, etc.).

Receive confirmation

We'll review your request within 24–48 hours and email you with next steps or a prepaid return label.

Ship the item back

Pack the item securely and drop it off at the designated carrier. Keep your tracking number.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  • Shipping costs are only refunded if the return is due to our error (defective item, wrong product sent).
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less-than-original condition.

Exchanges

If you'd like to swap for a different size, color, or design:

  • We'll process a return and help you place a new order once the original item is on its way back.
  • For defective items, we can ship a replacement directly without waiting for the return.
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded as applicable.

International returns

  • International customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping for returns to ensure delivery.
  • Customs duties paid on original orders are not refundable by NoirCraft (contact your local customs office).
  • For defective items, we may offer a partial refund instead of requiring a return to save you shipping costs.

Consumer rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA/UK, you have additional rights under consumer protection laws, including a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases. However, made-to-order products may be exempt from the right of withdrawal.
